About our Telegram Channel.

We provide real-time alerts when whales send tokens to Centralized Exchange (CEX) deposit addresses.

You can use this information to potentially profit by shorting these tokens before the whales sell.

How the alerts look like?

Token: Token Name (symbol) Value: Value (USD) Volume***** (%) Depth***** (%) Price: Price (USD) From: Whale address (link) CEX: CEX address (link) Time: Time in UTC+2 Blockchain: Blockchain Transaction hash link Link to our channel

Volume:* Ratio (in %) of daily trading volume that the token deposit represents (using the average trading volume of the previous and the current day)

Depth:* Price decrease that would produce the instant sell of the tokens deposited taking into account only the buy orders posted in Binance spot (not real as new orders are posted every second, but works as reference).

How can you benefit from this information?

When whales send their tokens to exchanges, it's likely they'll sell them within minutes or hours. You can potentially profit from this by opening a short position on a derivative exchange (like Binance) for the token they sent, waiting for the sale, and closing the short after the price drops.

Here are some recent examples of this phenomenon: RNDR on 19/05/2024, LINK on 05/08/2024, LRC on 15/09/2024, and AAVE on 14/09/2024. These are just a few instances among many.

Trading strategy.

We analyzed these alerts and tested various strategies to maximize potential profits.

In most cases, the token price drops after an alert. However, sometimes it remains stable or even increases. This can occur when the sending address belongs to a market maker or an exchange redistributing funds between accounts, rather than an individual intending to sell. While we filter out many known market fund and exchange addresses before publishing alerts, it's not always possible to identify them all.

Moreover, significant shifts in macroeconomic factors, market trends, or prevailing narratives can occasionally drive prices up, despite increased selling pressure.

Given these uncertainties, it's essential to approach these alerts with caution. With this in mind, we've backtested different strategies and optimized parameters to maximize returns for the period from March 2023 to September 2024.

Here are the parameters used in the backtesting (similar to those that we use currently):

Trading results of the 1773 alerts analyzed. 12% closed at SL, 10% reach partial TP but not full TP, 18% reached full TP and 60% were closed after 24h without reaching partial TP nor SL.

Most of the alerts were just closed after 24h of the opening, but were they at least slightly profitable or not?
